Women are central to the overall success of Rugby League.
Female fans and volunteers contribute significantly to the success of the sport.
Around 40% of Rugby League spectators are female - one of the best ratios in sport - and hugely important to clubs, partners and broadcasters.

Social & Inclusion Rugby League also offer mixed and women-only sessions and teams. This includes the Social RL offers of Try Tag Rugby, Masters RL, X-League RL and Touch RL. Also, the Inclusion RL variants Physical Disability RL, Learning Disability RL and Wheelchair RL all welcome and encourage female players to join their activity.
